Here are specific approaches that you can take to appeal your brand to this generation:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Find your business\u2019 purpose<\/h3>\n<p>Gen Z wants to be socially and environmentally responsible. They want the brands they endorse to represent their values and expectations.<\/p>\n<p>If your brand\u2019s sole purpose is to make money, you won\u2019t be attracting this generation. Find how your business can contribute to today\u2019s world, and clearly communicate those to Gen Z. For example, every sale in your store donates to a certain charity. Promote entrepreneurial values<\/h3>\n<p>The generation after millennials grew up during a recession, and they understand that their jobs might not be secure.
